out of stock on straws

Every time there is something wrong. Last week my brother-in-law went to buy me a twister meal and there was no chips with the meal and i left it then, Saturday and ordered a dairy milk crusher and it I was waiting 15minutes in KFC only to be told once the crusher was made and my order was ready that there is no straws for the crusher, that was a complete waste of my time, then I was waiting another 5min because the staff asked dont i want a s**** to eat the crushers chocolate up afterwards, seriously then what is the point of wanting a chocolate crusher with chocolate pieces. Pathetic!!!
