Out of Stock - No subsititue

I have been inconvenienced so many times when I walked into or drove thru KFC that whenever the store is out of stock on a certain item, the is no effort made whatsoever to replace that item. <br> <br> I've noticed that most of the sides on the KFC meals are of similar value with many differing with R1 or so, but what startles me is why cant Mash & gravy be substituted with coles slaw? This is just an example but im sure my point is ssen here.<br> <br> I decided to write this report because it has happened to me so many times that it gets to me now and it impacts badly on my overall KFC experience.
