OUT OF STOCK + BAD SERVICE + COLD & MESSY FOOD!!!

<p>When did KFC begin to not worry about customer service and tastless food ?!</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Hout Bay - on numerous occassions i have experienced that their is either cold or old (tastless ,hard , messy).</p> <p>2. The Sanctuary ( somerset west) - this store closes at 10pm right? At 21:00pm i arrived there make it 21:05 to be exact and the lady told me there's no fries left? I asked her if i could order she said no they are closed? After a long chat she then mentioned there's only chicken but ill have to wait 35mins for it.. Like really? Oh and their crusher machines are always off or not working too? Also they never listen properly when i ask for zinger sauce on my burger i get the normal white sauce this happend twice sadly. </p> <p>3. Strand: at 21:20 i was told they have no more buns left small and medium size and they are a 24hr kfc supposed to be? So if i get there at mid night and i want a burger I'll be disappointed. </p> <p>4. Observatory. Bought there once and it was the worst burgers ever. Dry, messy and cold. I was so disgusted by it that i gave it away. </p> <p>Reasons why i never complain at the store or check the food before i leave is because i never had these problems before and i trusted their services. But now im doubting them alot. Management step up your game. </p>
