Out of stock

<p>We went to KFC Florentia on sunday 18 June at 5pm. We ordered a tower burger meal, and was offered fountain coke or a bottle, we took the fountain coke only to be told there are no cups and we must pay extra for the buddy bottle. Then we ordered a boxmaster meal only to be told that they are suddenly out of stock in hashbrowns (when the tower burger has a hashbrown too and this was fine). So we cancelled the order, but then were stuck in the drive through line before we could exit. How can a franchise like this (that is open 24hrs) run out of stock? Very disappointed as it is not the first time we have had problems at this specific store. </p>
