Out of control attitude and unhygienic ways

I have never had such a horrifying experience at KFC. While i waited in the q to order, i could see from where i was standing how the packer was scratching her nose, then her head by pushing her finger under her hair net, then scratching around her bust area....all while packing the customers' food. Nonetheless, ordered a family meal and the food packer, Zairoenisa, asked for my slip. I asked her why she needed the slip, as i am aware that KFC has screens for their workers to have access to this information, and my slip is my proof when i collect my food, hence no obligation was required from me to give my slip. How chaotic! Zairoenisa then gave me so much attitude and kept on saying that "you can keep your slip, its fine!" and also giving me darting looks. Then she went to the kitchen all fired up and venting with the kitchen staff, quite aware that I can see this. With this, I requested the to speak to the manager, Jaqueline. I went into a quiter space addressed Zairoenisa's attitude with Jacqueline, as well as Zairoenisa's unhygenic ways and expressed that she needs to be trained abit more and does not seem like a person who should be in the front office of KFC. I then requested some else to pack my food as i needed to leave but Zairoenisa was still mumbling things under her breathe and giving be darting looks. When i told her that i dont understand why she is having an attitude with me, she shouted at me. I then requested Jacqueline, the manager on duty, again and requested that I speak to both Zairoenisa and herself so that we can address this issue. Not only did Jacqueline not reprimand Zairoenisa (atleast verbally), or take Zairoenisa to the back office to "cool off", Jaqueline also allowed Zairoenisa to go work on the till to 1. Deal with the next customers with an upsetting mood 2. Ignore my request to resolve the issue

This said...i hope that future customers are treated with by KFC staff because we can get chicken anywhere!
