Orders take ages to come out KFC Rynfield

Can someone explain to me why ordering food inside or drive thru @kfc Rynfield Benoni takes ages for one to get food? Are they still killing chickens and cooking them? Service is always bad but the food is awesome. They just need to work taking out orders fast or in time. I can't wait for 30mims for just streetwise 2 we with chips or for my daughter's marsh and gravy everytime. I hope someone will respond to this
