Ordered Veggie Burger and Got Meat plus the Veggie Pattie

@KFC LENASIA SOUTH: Ordered 2x Veggie Burgers for breakfast...the teller asked if she can add zinger sauce...Cook read and assumed i wanted Zinger Pattie ASWELL. @927am contacted call centre, Ref CAS-649559-K3L0C9 was issued @1023am and according to SMS, We will resolve this matter with immediate effect. 1128am i called them to remind them, NO one has contacted me, NOT even the branch manager...Call Centre agent requests me to go back to the store and get a replacement meal. Who pays for my petrol? i requested that they can deliver, she says the dont have MR D on their system...she didnt bother to discuss uber eats, rather insisted i can pick up tomorrow aswell...REALLY! i wonder if my efforts will actually result in a "Special Order" being made specially for me...with armpit or simi**** dressing on my burger...
