Ordered the Soft Swirl at 15:58, went to the collection area to collect and immediately Khethiwe scratched the slip as soon as I got to the collection counter, and said the ice cream was coming. Waited till 16:13 for a single soft swirl, when asked by a fellow colleague why she marked the slip as don, she said she assumed the person on ice cream duty had given it to me.
