Ordered normal meal and got zinger

I have always had awful experiences at KFC, which is why I no longer purchase from them. Sunday 5th July, my husband and I decided to try them again as we were both too exhausted to cook and wanted chicken. Wow do I regret even thinking that maybe they would be a good choice - because I was most definitely wrong. I hate spicy/hot food, I cannot eat it at all. When my husband ordered my STANDARD food for me, neither of us thought that for some reason the KFC staff would decide to give me a ZINGER version instead. I, of course, could not eat this - so I ended up having to cook anyway. So thanks KFC for wasting my time and money. Definitely won't make the mistake of ordering your food again. Most useless fast food restaurant there is. Utterly disappointed. Oh and on top of that, when my husband got home the chips were already cold (we live 5min from KFC) and they tasted absolutely awful - I couldn't even eat those either.
