Ordered a ten piece but got a 8piece

Im so upset as I am typing. We were at kfc Vaal Mall today. We ordered a 10 piece family treat after a long day of shopping. As we got home we saw there is only 8 pieces of chicken and not 10. I checked my slip to make sure that we ordered a 10 piece, immediately I called kfc at Vaal Mall and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Josh who said the only way he can assist us is for us to drive from Sasolburg to Vaal Mall to fetch our 2pieces of chicken. I told him I wont be able to because this is now taking no petrol from us plus he doesn't make any effort. He then asked me as the client to call the person in charge of him.. by that time I lost my appetite. No body called me back after a while. I decided to call back to kfc but could not speak to Josh as he left hes work place to go to the mall. The person who answered my call said ma'am the only way now to solve this, is for you to lay a complain at our customer services. I was like, we are hungry now thats why we bought the 10 piece.
