Order wrong

On the 4th of June 2015 coming back from holiday, it was 3 in the morning and we were so cold. We stopped at KFC tat Kewyest to order food. Our order was as follow: 2 x Double Crunch Burgers, 4 x Colonel Burgers and 1 x Streetwise 2 - ALL BURGERS WITH NO GARNISH, we waited for 20minutes, we thought the food is getting prepared freshly that is why we are waiting so long!.... Being tired and cold we never checked our food assuming that the order will be correct. When we got home, I was shocked to see that all Burgers had garnish on them and the Streetwise 2 was not received, but was paid for. And the waiting was not even worth it, as we did not even receive fresh food, it was tasting old and not fresh at all. Unfortunately between die unpacking I lost my slip..... I have never in my life experienced this bad service or had this BAD food at any KFC at all? I hope KFC will do something about this, either refunding me or replacing my whole order!!!
