Order was never delivered and the refund was never paid either!!

I ordered on the App and somehow the order got duplicated and created in which I was using a voucher I created and topped up with card payment which deducted for both orders, firstly the order was scheduled but never delivered,I called the call center the following day and the orders were still showing as scheduled and the lady took all the details and said she will log a refund and that I will receive a sms which I never received,I then filled a complaint which was never attended until today, I honestly loved and supported KFC but at this point after this kind of service, I'll never buy there again. If there was a rating of zero I would use it now!!!
