Order took too long
Last night we made an order for 7 pieces of chicken and a kiddies meal at 21:14. We were told our order will take 8 minutes since the meat was still being cooked. We waited for over 30 minutes, no one cared to update us or assure us that they haven't forgotten about us. It was raining and i was so hungry. I'm never going to KFC in Virginia ever again! Poor service
