Order took long to come

My sister placed an order for me at KFC Meadowpoint in meadowlands Soweto. I have never felt so disrespected . My order took more than 3 hours . The driver and staff **** saying they are coming in 3 minutes. We called more than 6 times asking how long it is going to take . The sad thing is my sister pAid for the order at the shop.
