Order Toasted sandwich got a sandwich

So got home after ordering a toasted sandwich from KFC lenchen in Centurion only to find a sandwich not toasted. But rather a sandwich warmed in a microwave. The worst is that attitude that this is okay when I questioned them. The casual response oh we had not switched the toaster on so we just warmed it in the microwave. Really KFC....
