order sup**** wrong and out of stock

I am extremely disappointed in the service i received from KFC N 12 in klerksdorp ! I ordered a streetwise feast 6 piece and they told me that they don't have mini loaves , i then asked if i can swop it for fries i was told no in an extreme rude manner !! I then requested 2 speak to a manager which told me that there is nothing she can do ! I decided to take the mash and gravy when i got home i found that i got 2 gravies and 5 pieces of chicken ! When i returned the next morning i was told by another manager that it is not her problem and that it did not happen on her shift ! I am still waiting on KFC area manager for results
