Order shortage

We ordered family treat through drive thru, it was in the evening and we had guests.When I get home it is only 8 pieces instead of 10 I do their survey attached on the slip they have not called back or said anything. This was on the 12th of december, before doing the survey i tried calling them several time on *** but it never goes through. This is not the 1st kfc disappoints me as the customer
