Order shortage

Today I ordered on the KFC app at 17:46 I ordered a All star box meal with a buddy coke zero.

My delivery came at 18:21 when I opened my order it was missing x2 zinger wings which now counts as a regular Lunch box meal.

I called the restaurant got through to a worker who then called someone else by the name of “Phindi” when the other ****orker explained that my order is missing x2 zinger wings “Phindi” said “Haisuka ayikho lonto” which means “Noways there’s no such thing”.

I am very appalled by this service they kept on dropping the line when I was calling.
