Order not recieved

I ordered a street wise 2 from kfc. However I never recieved my order, due to the slowness and confusion that was happening at kfc. I had to rush back to work. When I returned later in the day to ask for the order, no one was able help. I failed to understand how and order that was collected, simply got lost and I could not even receive my refund. I went back with the receipt.

This is at bellville, by caltex garage. On corner strand and van tromp street.
