Order not received, still no refund!

KFC is a ****, I ordered online on the 1st of October the order never arrived, I was told my money would be refunded in 14 days, I have still not received my money. When I contact customer service, they make empty promises that they are attending to the matter but it is all lies, they are *****ing money. Never again will I buy from KFC
