Order not received

I used the KFC app to order food from Forest hills KFC ,the order was not confirmed but my money was taken from my account,I have been calling all the customer care consultants say they will escalate,but since now I haven't received my money back,this was 25th May till now no help .I want my money back.This is the REF CAS ***
