Order not prepared

We went to KFC at Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra on Sunday, we placed our order and went to other shops, when we came back to pick up our order it was not done and not even on the screen, my son asked the lady who was standing there issuing the orders but she didn't respond. Then I went to her and asked why is our order not out? That's when she asked her colleagues to prepare our order. The ladies that are working in that KFC are not friendly and they are rude.
