Order not delivered,money can't be paid back.

On June 30 2023 I ordered some food on line from kfc(plaza atteridgeville),but the food was never delivered,I tried send them emails,msg on facebook and I was told my money will be paid within 14 days,even today I'm still waiting for my money,went to the store but they said they don't deal with online issues,I don't know what else to do
