Order not delivered; money debited without me placing an order

On the 10th of July I ordered 9 Piece at 50% off, it was never delivered but money was debited. I placed a query with their support, they requested information which I provide and they asked for ME to call them and gave me reference which I responded and asked as to why should I be the one calling them with my airtime where as I am the one who place a complain, they never responded.

On the 11th of August they debited the same amount again whereas I have never place another order. Please explain why was money debited from my account whereas I did not order anything.
