Order not delivered but they deducted the money

I bought KFC online from duduza rank, then they cancelled my order due to having no transport,it was on the 27 of July ,they said I should expect my refund after 7 days I waited went to the store they said after 14days ,went back to the store they said I should not count weekends , I'm very tired of going up and down for my money what ..I tried calling customer service they transferred me till my airtime was finished.
