Order not delivered

My name is Faith Viret I placed an order on the 01/03/2025 at a Maitland branch and I was advised that my order was collected by the driver his name was Jonas Ntumba. I used my husband's number as my phone was faulty my husband send me an email stating the driver is waiting which I also got email I went out side no drive there the driver calls my husband which he then gives me the driver's number but the call goes straight to voicemail. I called delivery department using the customer service number they advise the driver is not at the delivery address his 7mins away they then gave me another number for this driver which I called several times and still no getting through not longer after that my husband gets notification that order was delivered successfully. I called again the delivery department to advise them of this and they said they trying to get hold of the driver but his number is not getting through they said they sent text to the driver and they will call me back same day which was Saturday. Today it's Tuesday still no call back.
