Order not delivered and rude delivery guy

I have two complaints about KFC. On 28 November 2023, I placed an order at Cnr OR Tambo Rd &, Mandela St, it was never delivered. When I called to follow up I was told that their cellphone of accepting orders is not working therefore I should log my query on the KFC support. I did that twice and no feedback. I want my refund please.

On 22 December 2023, I placed an order and the order number is 111210. My order was fine. However the delivery guy was extremely rude to me. The address that I registered on the system is correct. The driver went to the wrong address when he eventually came to me he shouted at me saying that he should have left my order at the wrong address because I made him drive 6km. I'm always placing online orders and he's the only one that got it wrong? That driver ruined my day. It's not my fault that he typed in the wrong address so he didn't have to shout at me. Or he should have just left the order at the wrong address like he said.
