Order not complete

On Sunday i decided to take an uber and visit my nearest kfc maitland. The service from the till lady was great and i was very satisfied until i got home and there was an item missing from my order. I took another uber to go back to the store so as to fix this. I was so appauled when they informed me that i would be offered a meal to compensate for the cost of getting to the store and for the mistake they had done. This i found to be highly unacceptable as this would not make up for the cost of my travels and the time spent getting around affected the quality of my food as it was cold when i eventually got home. I was hoping that i would have gotten a response from someone in regards to my complaint but nothing has happend.
