Order - incorrect

Went to KFC Goodwood to order supper for the family on the 5/9 which is a treat for us. We were the only customers there, so it was not busy at all. Part of the order was 3 colonel burger meals, order 187.I asked for 2 to not have garnish on. Well needless to say when I got home all 3 colonel burgers had no garnish on. When one spends money on a treat for the family, as money is tight, you expect to get what you ordered and paid for. What a disappointment... Must one actually check your order before you leave?? I heard the lady at the till saying to the staff at the back, only 2 not to have garnish. Such a simple thing on a quiet night to get wrong. I'd hate to go when they are busy....
