Order given but not full orders

I went to KFC meadowdale mall I did a drive through cause I was in a hurry order a burger with chips and Fanta they gave me my order and I took it when I get to work I found out that there wasn't any Fanta inside I emailed their useless customer service I am still waiting for a reply even now ,we buy from u not because we are desperate but because of the service I gave us but now this nonsense that you just did makes me want to stop buying from u ,u waist peoples time ur customer service is pathetic both email and landnine for a person to give a customer half orders it clearly shows that KFC is becoming pathetic used to love the meadowdale one but after this I am really disappointed
