Order for childrens home not processed

I placed an order at KFC Gatemax as I wanted to donate the food to a childrens home on Friday 1 December. I phoned and placed an order for later in the day as I couldnt wait for them to only prepare the order once I arrive. When I arrived in the afternoon and enquired about my order I was told that they didnt prepare the order because I didnt first come in and pay. They then said that they still have to prepare the chicken which would take at least half an hour, time that I didnt have. The response I got made me feel like I have now troubled them with this request and extra work. Needles to say, I left the store and phoned KFC Florida Road. Without any hesitation they told us to come fetch the food, they will have it ready. Thanks to KFC Florida Road I was able to feed 57 hungry children. Shame on KFC Gatemax. And then they still have the nerve to ask me for R2 donation to feed a hungry child every time I buy there. Makes me wonder how much they really care. I can assure you that I will never support this branch again.
