Order Cancelled...No Refund After 72 Hours

I placed an order with KFC KwaThema Square (Order Number: 111556) under the name Khosi Phiri, and it was cancelled without any explanation. It has now been over 72 hours, and I still haven’t received my refund...This makes me very angry because this is not the first time its happening.

There was no communication from the restaurant or the delivery platform regarding the reason for cancellation or the delay in refund. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

I’m requesting immediate feedback and action on this matter. Customers deserve better communication and quicker resolutions when things go wrong.
