Order cancelled due to no driver found.

On the 28th of February, I placed an online order, 30mins later the order was cancelled and I received an email saying that a refund would be issued within 72 hours. The 72 hours has passed. It’s now 3 weeks later and I have still not received my refund KFC!!! Where is my money??? This ridiculous
