Order 1 thing, get another item

<p>Last night at the Douglasdale store, we ordered a double crunch burger meal for takeaway. The cashier gave us the meal confirming it is a double crunch. Upon opening the box at home, we saw that it was a colonel burger instead. What nonsense is this that we ordered one thing, pay a premium price and end up with a basic burger. It was too late to return it so I had to eat it. It really is appauling that this is the kind of service we expect to receive at KFC were nobody checks what they are making. Why employ staff who are incompentent of following an order?</p> <p>It was for order number 899.</p>
