Oozing Sewage for years

My God!!! is it true that there are no health inpectors at Phuthaditjhaba Drive Through KFC? The sewage at this KFC has been oozing for years nor, the smell is unbearable, and most of costumers has been reporting this matter and nothing has been than about it. When I ask employee's about this matter they lough a ND state that the owner are greedy and not willing attend to this problem.... I hope Sir won't just read my complaint and shift it aside, this in inhuman what ever is happening at that KFC.
