Only order system pathetic BELHAR MODDERDAM KFC!!!!!!

on 6 November we bought KFC online as we do often and I must say its never been smooth sailing. so we ordered the 20 zinger wings(10 original and 10 dunked) with large chips for R119.00. firstly when my husband left he checked the bag and saw no chips and went back and they gave him chips. when he got home took out the food we realize there is no dunked wings only original. he drove all the way back as I dont like the normal wings. they took the one packet back and all she said was how are they suppose to know its suppose to be dunked wings. now you tell me whose problem is that. I'm highly irritated that your employees does not know whats happing on your online orders and for the fact that we drove all the way back and still made it seems that its our fault that they go the order wrong. Belhar KFC is really pathetic when it comes to service this is not the first the complaint.
