ONLINE REFUND FOR AN ORDER CANCELLED BY KFC

At this point I don't even think they deserve the 1 star I have given them. So on the 25th of January 2022 I made an online order and the total amount due was deducted off of my bank account, I then received an order number. Waited hours only to be told that my order has been cancelled. I've been sent from pillar to post without assistance with regards to my refund. I have sent 4 emails already with no success, called them (using my airtime since it isn't toll free) and every time ref number. It's the 31st of January 2022 today and I still haven't received any assistance or help nor any response from KFC.
