Online refund at Maponya Mall

I made an online order and cancelled it and made a better one of which I also paid for, I have since been waiting for my refund of R161 from the 29th of October 2023 to date and when I enquire of which i always initiate those communications, I'm being told 'Our team is still looking into your matter.' What's there to invistigate this long especially when I've sent proof, I mean this is KFC after all as if they are going to liquidate if they pay back my 161. Nxa
