ONLINE PURCHASE

I used online couple of times to avoid ques on 01-June-*2023 I bought 2 streetwise 5 online made payments when i reached the store to collect my order the cashier told me that they can't find my order on the system so I was surprised cause I was charged for that order so right while I was inside the shop I made another order then it went through and appeared on the system, EVENTUALY I WAS CHARGED 2 TIMES FOR 1 ORDER SO I TWEETED KFC ABOUT THE MATTER AFTER SEEING THAT THE IS NO MONEY REVERSED THE RESPONDED AND DEMANDED PROOF OF PURCHASE WHICH I PROVIDED THEM WITH SINCE THEN NO FEEDBACK
