Online Portal is a **** / KFC cant communicate.

I like KFC, and I love to order online, BUT. KFC Grayston is pathetic at accepting orders apparently. I order online today, paid etc. Receive an SMS and Email stating confirmation. After 40min, the order tracker states its been delivered. Due to the fact the Order In driver arrived there, and they "didnt" recieve an order. Bull! I expect an apology and my money to be refunded. ASAP
