Online ordering is a nightmare

I am a regular online ordering customer. But lately your online service sucks. It refuses me to order from the store of my choice. Even if I stands in the store it wants to send me to one aver shop. I spent more than 45 min in te store struggling to place my order. And whet it comes to delivery it say ther is no service to my location. But we are 1.5km from the rissiek streed store. And when I went to the kcf in Grobler street today training to order befor work the lady at the drive thru refused me to ad chips from the 50/50 deal to my order if I don't order on line. This after I show her the online order wants to send me to a store that only opens later. And she got inpatient withe me. So I left with out ordering. Previously it was a delight to order online but on the 15th and today it was a nightmare. Please come back to me.
