Online ordering at KFC

I ordered online from KFC recently and was told that with my first online order I would get a FREE STREETWISE 2. I placed my order on the 22nd October and collected at the Mall of Africa. Upon arrival I was given my order. When I asked about the free streetwise 2 was made to wait for another 5minutes and told that firstly the branch doesn't know anything about a free streetwise 2 and secondly the promotion had ended (which I don't think is the case given it was advertised during my online purchase)
