ONLINE ORDER WITHOUT CONFIRMATION - VERY POOR SERVICE

None rating from Me. I use kfc online almost every week. Today I have ordered a meal of 10 dunked wings, payed online incl delivery. I have indicated all my details incl delivery address and cell number but No confirmation of order sms and email received, I went in store Gift acres Pta and was told to email proof of payment from my bank to Kelebogile's office, I did while waiting on counter. And still came back to the office without food after an hour. I have spoke to Kelebogile to request a refund for my money. Very *********** system with such errors, all in all very poor service. Awaiting feedback for my refund to buy somewhere else.....
