Online order was not done

Made an online order arrived 30 minutes later only to find out the card machine is not working so only cash payments after this paid for the order but it was not finished.... Really?? Isn't the online system working or do the staff members working with that system just not check it? With all do respect I'm not a difficult costumer but when I order something online from a big franchise like KFC is it wrong of me to say this is really bad service... Why order online and still wait when coming to collect, honestly never experienced this at other big name franchises it took too long guys...
