Online order pick up - bad customer service from Nomhle

I ordered online and paid online at KFC Chrishani.

The lady working at the online order Nomhle was so rude and was not willing to work. She wouldn't assist me because the order was set to be picked up at the drive through.

She immediately called the manager S'thembiso.

S'thembiso assisted me with no hesitation.

People like Nomhle shouldn't not even work front line if they are not willing to help customers

I always buy from this particular KFC and I am adamant to complain till she's not working in the front. People like her bring shame to customer service and I'm also working on customer service. I treat every customer with respect regardless.

It's a good thing S'thembiso took the bitter taste of her attitude out of my mouth.

FYI hee name tag was hand written and she immediately took it off when she saw me writing this review.
