Online order not received

Good morning my name is Thandi Bovula(***2) I placed a order at KFC Zwide at Gqeberha at 19h00 on the 24th December 2022 only to find out when I went to collect my order the restaurant was closed. I sent through a complaint on the customer complaints line and I still have not received any response. I called the restaurant and all the manager (by the name of maBhuti) said is they were closed I can come collect today. I received no apology nothing from him for the inconvenience. I would assume that such a big company would have a way of disabling the system if the restaurant is offline. I feel greatly inconvenienced and disappointed at the level of service I received.
