Online order not prepared after 1 hour.

I’ve never been so angry in my life, I ordered food via online to be collected through drive through at KFC KWANOBUHLE, 30min later I went to collect my order went through drive through and I was told to park my car aside and my order will be delivered to me. 20 min later no order people are coming in and out KFC with there orders and I’m sitting waiting in my car for R27 order I’ve placed online. I then decided to go inside myself to find out what’s happening with my order all to find out it’s not even prepared the manager said he forgot to give the order to the staff to prepare but then again the lady to told me to wait in the car why didn’t she follow up as she is said she will deliver the order to me. I requested for my order to be cancelled and my money reversed back on my account the manager told me I have to go to my bank for a reversal “ imagine” . Very poor service and unprofessional I want my money back on my card ASAP.
