Online order not delivered

I placed an order last night online for delivery at KFC New Road as it indicated on my selection at around 19:36 for a total of R139.80.

When I wanted to track the order I got an error message attached. An hour later I phoned KFC Sanridge to track the order and I was told it's not there that I must check with the other New Roads (South and North).

At KFC North I was told they do not do online orders that I must check with South. At South I was told my order is not there.

When I went to bed last night my order was still indicating as Pending. To my surprise it's completed today and I did not receive it.

I am requesting for a refund for the order and an explanation as to what happened and who exactly had the order and who it was delivered to. All I want is my money back.
