ONLINE ORDER NOT DELIVERED

On the 28th of February I placed order online to KFC MEREDALE Johannesburg the transaction went through but I did not receive the order. The next day I called kfc helpline I was told the money will be reversed automatically within 48hrs. That did not happen. Since then I've been sending them emails no luck at all.. Anyone out there be careful when you placing order online with KFC....
