Online order mishap

@Kfc had a “special” on the online platform today , however it was supposedly seen as a system issue after I had plan an order and my order was confirmed. I called them and the agent I spoke to was rude and requested that a manager calls me this was around 10am till now I have not received a call from them .. the service is poor
